Mechanical  / Quality Technician  

  This position will interface with internal personnel, customers and suppliers.  The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Responsibilities include: Perform accurate inspection of components ranging from prototypes though post production.  Ability to perform 1^st article analysis, receiving inspection, internal ISO auditing, PPAP, gage calibration and sampling plans for small precision parts.  The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience and is an ASQ Certified Mechanical Inspector.  Experience in Vision System programming (Voyager Software) or CMM programming, SPC, CAD, metal stamping, plating, treat processes is a plus.

Toolmakers

We are seeking experienced toolmakers.  Skilled  in building, debugging, and/or maintaining progressive dies is desired.  Experience in molding making, compound and or single stage tooling, and/or machining is a plus and training is available.
